Earlier this year we announced the launch of our new single cell sequencing capabilities using the Chromium Controller from 10X Genomics, and hosted a talk on the technology and latest research in the field in single cell genomics. 

Now, the GBCF is pleased to present a follow up seminar that will expand on this and take a much deeper look into the analysis of single cell sequencing data. You will also hear about the latest and greatest advancements in single cell 'omics' applications. A 10X scientist will be on hand for open office hours following the seminar.
