Center for Digital Scholarship (CDS) Genomics Data Carpentry Workshops
The Center for Digital Scholarship (CDS) is putting on a number of workshops in the spring which cover Informatics under the Software Carpentry/Data Carpentry model. A Genomics Data Carpentry series taught by David Molik will be part of this initiative. David is a senior graduate student in Biological Sciences with a background in Computer Science and extensive experience analyzing a wide variety of genomics data.
