As of January 6, 2021, the GBCF is using iLab, an online system to streamline the process of ordering and billing for core service requests and scheduling sample drop-off.  All facility users are requested to use the system, which requires a one-time registration. Principal Investigators must register to assign laboratory members to their iLab group. Once registered, the system will enable PIs to approve memberships for their group so they can place service requests, provide required approvals, monitor progress, and schedule sample drop-offs.

Additionally, we encourage you to attend our “iLab GBCF: Intro to service requests” Zoom session where we will demonstrate how to create service requests and schedule reservations in a calendar during the first 30 minutes. The session will remain active to answer specific questions and collect feedback, and be recorded and available on our website.
